we?
- The Office Station is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan - home of Steelcase,
Herman Miller, Haworth, Knoll and Trendway.
- The Office Station is EVERYTHING OFFICE from New to Pre-Owned to Re-Manufactured
and beyond. We offer a multitude products and services for the office furniture
industry. We do projects across the street, across the nation and around the
world.
- Our pre-owned inventory sales work on a commission basis in order to give
buyers and sellers straight information on prices without broker markups and
added costs. This is important to understand and
is different from the way most furniture brokers operate!
How does it
work?
- To post a bid or offer, all you have to do is submit
the information (PLEASE COMPLETE ENTIRE FORM) to us using the attached
E-mail form. The form will request information about who you are, as
well as a description of the furniture.
- The web listing displays pictures, product description, location and current
asking price in US dollars.
- All personal information is confidential and
your identity will not be disclosed at any time on the web!

If someone is interested in your offering (or you are interested in someone
else's offering) we communicate via E-mail, FAX or Phone.
- TOS will provide additional information about the listing such as detailed
inventories, colors, condition, availability, geographic location, blueprints,
transportation and installation options while communicating offers and counteroffers.
- After preliminary negotiations are completed, TOS will handle the excution
of the transaction and final negotiations to assist and protect all parties
involved.
What does it
cost?
- FREE It costs nothing to post
a bid or offer, and we work with the buyer or seller to arrive at a commission.
- The commission is negotiated with the buyer or seller as to not cause confusion
for the opposing party.
What's the fine
print?
- The Office Station is designed for wholesale and retail transactions and
we try to avoid postings for an individual item or quantity of items that
won't justify the services we offer. (example, I need to sell 3 chairs or
I need a desk)
- TOS cannot guarantee delivery or quality and does not vouch for counterparty
credit or product.
- We can and do assist you with valuing product, establishing reputable
companies for services while evaluating and offing suggestions to assist in
your furniture needs. Let's face it, coordinating office interiors is
not easy!
I still dont get
it!
- The Office Station is a new concept in the used furniture market. While
many companies have copied our concept and design, make no mistake about it,
TOS was the second office furniture website in existance on the world-wide
